Client Profile

Our client operates a number of venues in Brisbane and they have recently launched this large, multi-faceted venue in Fortitude Valley. It is comprised of several bars and spaces and will transform from an upmarket F&B site during the day, to an entertainment-focused venue in the evening. The time has come to bolster the ranks of the exisiting marketing team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity based in Brisbane which will see the right candidate manage the marketing strategy and promotions of the venue. The role will see you working closely with the company Directors and Group General Manager in creating strategies and ideas focused on the production and execution of imaginative campaigns. The venue is a high volume food and beverage operation, with a focus on entertainment and late-night trade. Your influence will be across all aspects, involving managing all forms of marketing collateral and social media platforms. 

You will build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as coordinate directly with the operational team to execute initiatives.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Exposure to multi-channel marketing and promotional strategy
  • Manage budgets, track ROI and report on expenditure
  • Exceptional time management skills and be detail-oriented
  • Experience in a large hospitality group or creative brand agency
  • Strong local market awareness
  • A passion for promoting events of various sizes and budgets
  • A track record of overseeing digital marketing assets and campaigns
