Our Client

A leading hospitality group known for its vibrant culture and diverse portfolio of venues, this organisation delivers standout guest experiences across casual, premium, and event-driven spaces. With a strong focus on food, innovation, and community, the group continues to grow through thoughtful brand development and a hands-on, people-first approach to hospitality.

Job Description

The Group Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing strategy across a portfolio of food and beverage venues, each with its own identity and audience. Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with a small, collaborative marketing team, you will create and deliver campaigns that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate foot traffic.

You’ll touch every aspect of the marketing function – from digital content and social campaigns to brand partnerships, in-venue activations, and printed collateral. You’ll also collaborate with venue managers, chefs, and the ownership team to tailor marketing initiatives that reflect each venue’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing venue-specific and group-wide marketing plans

  • Managing social, EDMs, website updates, and paid digital campaigns

  • Coordinating activations, events, and brand collaborations

  • Creating content, promotional materials, and visual assets in line with brand

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to optimise impact

Candidate Profile

You are an energetic, well-rounded marketer with a love for hospitality and an eye for brand. You combine creative vision with executional discipline and thrive in hands-on roles where you’re empowered to drive real impact. You’re confident working across stakeholders of all levels and know how to balance multiple brand personalities within a single strategy.

Ideal experience and attributes:

  • 2–4 years in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or retail

  • Strong digital marketing capabilities across social, email, and paid media

  • Experience in brand development, event marketing, and partnership coordination

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

  • Self-starter with strong organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management

The Offer:

This is a rare chance to work with a high-quality portfolio of hospitality brands and be a key player in shaping their public presence. The role offers a competitive salary, a supportive workplace culture, and genuine scope for creative freedom and growth.
