Job Description
The Group Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing strategy across a portfolio of food and beverage venues, each with its own identity and audience. Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with a small, collaborative marketing team, you will create and deliver campaigns that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate foot traffic.
You’ll touch every aspect of the marketing function – from digital content and social campaigns to brand partnerships, in-venue activations, and printed collateral. You’ll also collaborate with venue managers, chefs, and the ownership team to tailor marketing initiatives that reflect each venue’s unique voice.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing venue-specific and group-wide marketing plans
Managing social, EDMs, website updates, and paid digital campaigns
Coordinating activations, events, and brand collaborations
Creating content, promotional materials, and visual assets in line with brand
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
Monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to optimise impact
Candidate Profile
You are an energetic, well-rounded marketer with a love for hospitality and an eye for brand. You combine creative vision with executional discipline and thrive in hands-on roles where you’re empowered to drive real impact. You’re confident working across stakeholders of all levels and know how to balance multiple brand personalities within a single strategy.
Ideal experience and attributes:
2–4 years in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or retail
Strong digital marketing capabilities across social, email, and paid media
Experience in brand development, event marketing, and partnership coordination
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Self-starter with strong organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management
