Managing Director Luke Butler invested 20 years working in the Australian hospitality market in senior leadership roles with some of the country’s leading operations.
Luke chose to enter the Recruitment sector in 2016 and quickly grew passionate about delivering a premium service to businesses that appreciate the value of people within their organisation.
The name holds a genuine significance. Hastings Street in Noosa is a special place for Luke. He has holidayed in Noosa for 30 years, was engaged, married and announced the birth of his first child on Hastings Street.
It is Luke’s ‘place’ and this intention to eventually retire there one day, motivates to help candidates and clients navigate a professional journey that will enable to be fulfilled by their place too.
