As a Culinary Recruitment Consultant, you will support a diverse portfolio of permanent culinary recruitment assignments within the hospitality sector. The role is hands-on, client-focused, and fast-paced, combining recruitment delivery with strong candidate care and administrative precision.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent culinary roles
- Write and place compelling job advertisements
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with client needs
- Provide exceptional service and communication to both clients and candidates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and talent managers, and contribute to overall team success
