Nick has been a leader within the hospitality industry for more than 30 years. Working in various businesses across the sector including diverse bars, restaurants, cafes and stadia. Later in his career, Nick moved into multi-site, high-volume operations and large-scale event management.
As a seasoned hospitality professional, Nick has extensive knowledge of the staffing, financial and operations elements required for all levels of the industry. As Hastings’ Senior Consultant – On-Premise, Nick specialises in all senior-level placements in Greater Melbourne and Victoria. His many years of experience coupled with his familiarity with the Melbourne business environment have uniquely equipped him to source optimal candidates for the wide variety of specialist roles he manages.
