The Role
In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy venue. With a focus on managing a large and effective team you will be hands on in elevating the service standards, increasing revenue and ensuring ongoing and effective training with an emphasis on product knowledge and great customer service
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following;
- A background in high volume QSR restaurants
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team
- Experience with staff training and ongoing development
- Capable and comfortable with making decisions in real-time
- Experience in stock management and ordering
- A outgoing and fun management style
- A hands on approach with a focus on great service delivery
This role is offering a great remuneration package circa $75,000 plus super plus bonus.
