As Manager for the venue you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue and you will champion the company's values every day. You will be supported by and also provide support to a dynamic and loyal team and have a strong focus on ensuring the guest experience is second to none.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position is:
- A true hands-on, effective business manager with experience in managing a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- Someone with strong customer and key stakeholder engagement experience to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings
- A switched on operator well versed in the financial management of a busy multi-department complex
- Passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone leaves your venue smiling, including your staff
- A team player, who is confident in leading but also capable of mentoring others
