Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for leading the team across this luxury operation to ensure high-quality service, presentation and offerings are delivered to the highest standard. The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation as well as the ability to motivate a team, and an ongoing drive to identify opportunities to improve and raise the hotel's position.
It is a true hands-on leadership role, allowing the General Manager to be the driving force behind all aspects of the hotel. Surrounded by a great team, you will be enabled to shape the direction of the hotel and build on its ongoing success.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the role will possess;
- Experience as a GM in a similar luxury accommodation setting
- Genuinely hands-on in approach
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- A modern-day leader who promotes inclusion and individuality
- Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
- Current work rights within Australia
