Our client operates multiple venues across NSW, VIC &QLD with a focus on delivering premium, approachable offerings to their clientele. With a range of existing venues catering to the hospitality and tourism market, they are excited to launch new operations as well as refine current ones. This role would see you working across a number of categories across Hospitality and F&B. 

Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing activities. Delivery on in venue promotions, digital promotions, PR and advertising, ensuring all touch points are on up-to-date and on brand.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for reporting on marketing activity, assisting the Head Of Marketing with the implementation of national campaigns and will manage all local area marketing, acting as an ambassador for each venue within their local communities.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management is key to this role as the position requires liaison with many aspects of the business including venue teams, head office teams and partner agencies.

Deadline focused with a creative eye and a passion for ideation, hospitality, culture, food and community engagement.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ “hands on” experience coordinating consumer facing marketing campaigns from end to end.
  • Be deadline focused with the ability to identify priorities, use initiative, and perform under pressure.
  • Possess a creative eye for all marketing touch points.
  • Display good analytical skills, with a general comfort for data analysis and an understanding of how key business drivers, sector and trends and the competitive landscape impact marketing strategy and plans.
  • Be energetic, flexible, collaborative, open minded and proactive; a persuasive communicator.
  • Show the ability to operate both tactically and strategically.
  • Have a passion for food and beverage.
  • Possess a “Roll up your sleeves” attitude.
