As the Head of HR for this operation, you will be required to drive the strategy and people experience end to end. This will include a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development and training.
This role will also provide the opportunity to execute create and distribute customer facing training activity, working on content creation that will appeal to a creative leader.

- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience leading and executing training programs
- High-level organisational skills and time management
- Big picture thinking underpinned by a strategic and structured approach
- Expert knowledge of HR legislation and market trends
- A thorough understanding and execution strategy for large scale events
