With an existing portfolio of sector-leading properties, the company is seeking a strong Sales Manager to engage with target businesses within the SME and boutique corporate market.
You will have the ability to affect the long term results for the business, capitalising on the changes within the corporate approach to hospitality, entertainment, and non-traditional workplace settings.
Job Description
As the National Sales Manager, you will have a focus on developing strategies to attract new business while taking a hands-on approach to completing sales. This new role has been created to capitalise on increased demand for flexible solutions as the market opens up. A background in commercial leasing is preferred to help develop and build new relationships within the industry.
The product is premium and offers multiple unique selling points that draw in new business. Your focus will be to utilise new and existing relationships to identify and curate the right client mix, relevant to the brand of the business.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales or Leasing Manager in Commercial Property
- Exposure and experience in Commercial Leasing and Business Development
- An engaging, energetic persona with an innate desire to be globally aware
- Exemplary communication and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to collaborate on sales strategies and influence others to assist with the execution of these strategies
- A purpose first approach underpinned by a commitment to a well-defined brand
