Our client has an already established local patronage across all of its 15-plus venues and holds a renowned reputation for delivering stellar food & beverage offerings in Sydney's West and South West.
Job Description
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for inspiring & leading the kitchen team in and out of service. A role of this nature requires you to have a motivational, hands-on cooking role, with a focus on serving "fun" pub classics and meeting the discerning clientele's needs.
This is an ideal role for a Head Chef who wants to have an opportunity to work in a brand-new renovated kitchen and want to make a success of themselves and the venue.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will be able to:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to reach new heights through mentorship and motivation
- Ensuring that customer expectations and experiences are the top priority.
- Have strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Work closely with suppliers ensuring the best produce
- Producing high-quality dishes that are on trend.
- Good financial accumen
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
This role offers a very strong remuneration package, which includes relocation and a very competitive base salary.
