Job Description
As General Manager you will take full responsibility of a large, busy and diverse venue situated in a busy city-fringe suburb. You will take a hands-on approach to the development and implementation of new training procedures, while working closely with key stakeholders to identify additional areas for business improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience within a premium hospitality operation spanning service revenue streams
- Marketing a sales strength underpinned by an entrepreneurial approach
- Proven leadership ability coupled with exceptional communication skills
- The ability to manage and develop a large number of staff
- High-level financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
- High level experience managing licensing compliance across food, liquor and gaming
