Job Description
As General Manager you will be the champion of the hotel brand, ensuring staff are passionate about continuing to deliver an extraordinary experience. Culture, values and leadership are at the core of this role. The hotel will be undergoing refurbishments to elevate it to another level, and your role will be to execute the vision.
As General Manager you will run a team of department heads that will take full responsibility of all components of operations. From Rooms and Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, and beyond.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in a similar hotel role
- A passion for mentorship
- A history of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in delivering strong financial returns
- Exceptional, hands-on Hotel operations and people management skills
