Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Manager who are looking g to develop their personal brand and who wants to break away from the norm and really drive what the hotel's culture is all about. The brand is already known for pushing the boundaries and we are looking for an individual to lead all day-to-day operations of Front Office, Guest Relations and Reservations.
This role reports directly to the Hotel's General Manager and offers an opportunity for ongoing career development.
Within this role you will:
- Oversee reservations management whilst ensuring maximisation of business opportunities, rates analysis, promotions and advertising
- Manage all guest relations to deliver a truly memorable experience business performance through guest engagement and satisfaction leading to building a recurring customer base.
- Managing all guest check ins and check outs
- Motivate and manage a front office team of twelve
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar environment
- Strong communication skills both with your team and collaborators
- Genuine passion for the industry and enthusiasm for being part of a an outstanding boutique property
- Strong leadership qualities
- 2 years in a Front Office Manager role
- High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
