Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager roll is full time and reports to the House/Events Manager. The roll encompasses all food & beverage operations through out the club as well as the cleanliness and presentation of the club. The role overseas the ordering of supplies, rosters for all F&B, Cleaning and Room attendants.
This role will see you reporting to and working closely with the House Manager to achieve quality service standards with the team.

Candidate Profile

- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a premium environment.
- Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
- A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
- Ability to control beverage & labour cost
- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
- A passion for delivering the best in the industry
- Strong compliance comprehension
