This is an exciting opportunity lead a beverage-centric team at all levels, from production to guest.
Job Description
As the Beverage Manager of this established property, you will be accountable for delivering high quality beverages leading a dynamic and passionate beverage service team. You will be accountable for logistics, negotiations, and delivery of beverage across the entirety of this complex business.
You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations including:
- Driving the financial performance of the beverage portfolio
- Managing key stakeholders and suppliers
- Delivering truly memorable, unique experiences for guests
- Staff management, development, and training
- Have strong communication skills and be able to work within a community
Candidate profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Beverage Manager of a complex business or premium multi-outlet experience
- A true passion for hospitality and all things F&B
- A positive and solutions focused approach with the desire to build a great team
- High level financial acumen and contract negotiation
- Exceptional leadership & team development skills
- Sound strategic thinking and planning skills
- Current full working rights in Australia
This role is offering a strong remuneration package, comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
