About the Role

With a solid training plan in place to develop passionate General Managers into accomplished Group Operations Managers, this role is perfect for a driven and inspired individual. Initally a project-based role which will see you use complex problem solving skills and develop strategies alongside the business leaders and key stakeholders leading to growth opportunities to oversee multiple properties within the portfolio. 
  • Working some service shifts to immerse yourself in venue and identify opportunities for change and growth
  • Coach and mentor management staff using your previous knowledge and experience to influence change and best practice
  • Monitor trends within industry to be at the forefront of F&B offerings at all times
  • Build your network within the group and develop strategies with the Executive Team to execute across the group
  • Maintain high standards of service and customer experience whilst balancing your commercial acumen to ensure profitablity 
About you

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • More than 4 years experience as a Licensee or General Manager
  • Experience as a people centric person who enjoys seeing others succeed 
  • Exposure to managing large teams and dealing with regulatory bodies
  • A passion for Front of House and revel in creating unforgettable experiences
  • A strong work ethic with a hands on approach
  • A full understanding of Financials and a solution focussed approach
Offer

This role is offering an attractive salary of up to $125,000 depending on the applicant.
