Our Client is expanding with new sites, hotels and adding new revenue streams to the business that will expand their presence in the market and also continue to build this strong brand.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the president, the VP of Marketing will oversee the full scope of marketing strategy and deployment across the business. This includes brand, growth, creative, content, communications, partnerships, and digital performance.
The VP of Marketing will lead a high-performing team, including direct reports across growth marketing, brand, creative, and social media. They will shape the long-term marketing vision, translating it into quarterly roadmaps and detailed campaign plans that align with business goals.
This is a leadership role for a strategic marketer who excels in both brand-building and performance optimization. They will work cross-functionally to ensure consistency of message, operational alignment, and measurable business impact, from awareness to acquisition to retention.
They will also be responsible for the management of agency partners, performance platforms, CRM infrastructure, and a growing internal team of marketers and creatives. The ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is essential.

● Own and lead the full marketing strategy, budget, and execution plan across all channels and disciplines
● Directly manage and grow the internal marketing team
● Develop strategic campaigns that drive membership growth, meeting and event revenue, and brand equity
● Oversee paid digital, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and website performance ● Lead the evolution of brand identity and storytelling to ensure cohesion across all markets and channels
● Partner with Sales and Operations teams to align messaging, campaign timing, and growth objectives
● Manage marketing reporting and analytics, tying spend to measurable outcomes
● Oversee all agency and platform partners to ensure ROI, efficiency, and alignment
● Guide creative development across content, email, paid, social, and activations
● Shape the brand’s long-term positioning as an elevated leader in the co-working sector
Who You Are
● A strategic marketing leader with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 in a senior role
● Deep experience across both brand and growth disciplines
● Proven track record scaling marketing efforts across multiple markets
● Comfortable leading both creative and performance teams
● Highly analytical, with a strong command of marketing data and KPI reporting
● Adept at leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders
● Strong understanding of hospitality, lifestyle, or premium membership-based businesses
● Excellent communicator with strong team leadership and management skills ● Hands-on and collaborative, comfortable operating in a high-growth, founder-led environment
