Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing Food & beverage teams while delivering results. In this role, we are looking for an individual who is customer experience-driven and who is passionate about creating long-lasting and memorable experiences which will exceed guest’s expectations.
You will be responsible for the delivery of profitable food and beverage concepts group-wide. This role will focus on people, strategy and growth within these multifaceted venues. You will constantly seek improvement and opportunities to grow through procurement and maximizing established ongoing relationships.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 15 plus years of experience working in a premium, environment in a managerial position
- The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously
- High-level financial acumen which is relevant to P&L management, budgeting and cost control.
- Exemplary time management and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of leading and developing high level teams
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels and excellent compliance knowledge
- A track record of building great positive culture
- Experience leading expansion of high level food and beverage concepts. Concept development, recruitment and execution.
