Job Description
The Venue Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of this 120-seat rooftop venue, with direct oversight of both floor and bar. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, energy, and creativity to a role that blends operations management with guest experience strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily venue operations across both floor and bar
- Collaborating with the bar team to design and implement seasonal drinks programs
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing service team
- Driving guest engagement and ensuring service consistency
- Managing staffing levels, floor systems, and supplier relationships
- Service focus with admin time allocated
The successful candidate will be a confident leader with a strong background in casual dining and beverage-focused venues. A hands-on approach and a passion for team development and service excellence are essential.
Key attributes include:
- Previous experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager in a similar setting
- Strong bar knowledge and interest in drinks curation
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- High level of organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset
