Job Description
The Venue Manager will take full ownership of a high-volume, food-driven venue, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and team development. This role requires a passionate leader with deep product knowledge and strong business acumen.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring a high-performing front and back-of-house team
Driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, premium setting
Managing budgets, labour costs, and supplier relationships
Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences
Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced hospitality professional with a track record of success in similar high-volume, premium venues.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams
Strong financial and commercial management experience
