Job Description

The Venue Manager will take full operational and commercial ownership of a three-level premium dining venue. This is a senior leadership role for a highly capable operator who is comfortable overseeing all facets of the business, from service standards and team performance through to financial outcomes and strategic planning. You will act as the central leader across the venue, driving consistency, accountability and long-term success.

  • Lead end-to-end operations across a complex, three-level venue

  • Set and uphold refined service standards aligned with premium dining expectations

  • Provide senior leadership to a large, multi-layered team, including department heads and managers

  • Build, mentor and strengthen the management team to support scale and sustainability

  • Partner closely with ownership on strategy, forecasting and continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance, governance and operational best practice across all levels

  • Maintain strong floor presence while operating at a strategic and commercial level

Candidate Profile

You are an accomplished hospitality leader with experience operating at a senior level in premium, high-performing venues. You bring strong commercial acumen, operational discipline and an authentic leadership style, with the ability to oversee all aspects of a hospitality business while remaining connected to the guest experience.

  • Proven experience leading complex or multi-level hospitality venues

  • Strong financial acumen, including labour control, forecasting and budgeting

  • Demonstrated success building and leading senior management teams

  • High-level operational and organisational capability

  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on venue presence

  • Passion for quality hospitality, people development and strong culture
