The Venue Manager will oversee all operational aspects across the venue's multiple concepts. You will lead substantial, accomplished teams while driving operational excellence and upholding exceptional service delivery. Success requires advanced financial management capabilities and proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee service delivery across all levels of the building
- Lead, develop, and inspire large, multi-department teams
- Support the General Manager with strategic and operational initiatives
- Manage budgets, rosters, and cost control measures
- Drive a culture of excellence in guest experience
You will be a seasoned hospitality professional with a background in premium, high-volume environments. Previous experience at a group level or General Manager of a multi outlet venue would be advantageous. Skilled at leading diverse teams, you bring exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
Key requirements include:
- Demonstrated success in high-end restaurant and/or bar leadership
- Experience managing large teams within complex operations
- Outstanding interpersonal and team-building abilities
- Strong financial literacy and business management skills
- Dedication to the highest service and presentation standard
