Hastings People has been retained by this leading Melbourne hospitality Group to recruit a Venue Manager to lead the team through the opening and beyond of this new Melbourne CBD venue.
Our client owns and operates some of Melbourne's most popular and much-loved venues. They are well renowned and recognised in the industry as being an 'employer of choice'.
This venue comprises 4 levels of entertainment, each with a different style and personality. From a roof-top bar, through to a Music lounge, with F&B offerings in between. Our client is one you will be proud to work with.
Job Description
As Venue Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day execution and performance of each outlet. You will work with the leaders in each outlet to deliver a fun and engaging service with flair and personality.
This is a predominantly hands-on role where you will lead the team with enthusiasm and energy.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2 years experience as a Venue Manager or similar role with proven successes and profit-driving through creative initiatives
- Exceptional time management, leadership and delegation skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced and vibrant atmosphere with a hands-on approach
- The ability and conviction to make business decisions and collaborate with colleagues
- A true passion for Food & Beverage, attention to detail and guest experience
