Job Description
The Venue Manager will take operational responsibility for this boutique venue, working closely with ownership while enjoying meaningful autonomy in day-to-day decision-making. This role is well suited to an experienced Restaurant Manager ready to broaden their scope and take ownership of a smaller, quality-driven operation. You will oversee all aspects of the business, from team development through to community engagement and service standards.

Manage daily venue operations with a hands-on leadership approach

Recruit, train and develop a cohesive front-of-house team

Maintain service standards that reflect a thoughtful, European-inspired offering

Contribute to local area initiatives and build relationships within the neighbourhood

Oversee rostering, labour management and financial performance

Work collaboratively with ownership to evolve and strengthen the venue
Candidate Profile
You are a capable and grounded hospitality professional who enjoys working in intimate, guest-focused environments. You value team culture, consistency and community, and are ready to take the next step into a role with greater ownership and accountability.

Experience as a Restaurant Manager within quality dining environments

Confident leading small to mid-sized teams
