Job Description
The Venue Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving staff culture, and maintaining high service standards. This is a hands-on role suited to a natural communicator who leads by example and builds rapport with regular patrons.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing rosters, recruitment, onboarding and team development

Overseeing floor operations, including service delivery and guest engagement

Driving weekly financial reconciliations and stock control

Maintaining venue standards and assisting with local marketing activations

Fostering a culture of retention and performance within a young, vibrant team
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hospitality leader with a warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for people. You will bring proven experience in high-volume venues, with the ability to motivate a youthful team and connect with a predominantly local clientele.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

A hands-on approach to leadership and service

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset

Confidence managing teams of 30+ across FOH and BOH

Strong operational understanding, including stock, maintenance, and rosters

The ability to work a flexible roster and thrive in a community-focused environment
