Job Description
The Venue Manager will oversee the full operation of this high-end venue, driving performance through effective leadership, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative approach with senior stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by team retention, professional development, and continued market leadership.
- Lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth
- Collaborate with head office and ownership to implement strategic initiatives
