Their commitment to excellence and innovation has cemented their place among the city's most respected operators.
Job Description

This is a bustling all-day eatery offering dine-in and takeaway experiences to a diverse and high-volume customer base. Located within a major Sydney landmark, the venue thrives on precision, energy and consistent leadership. As Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead by example on the floor, and manage on-shift costs, rosters, and team performance. You will be backed by senior leaders in financial oversight, training, and broader venue success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive service excellence and operational efficiency during high-volume periods
  • Lead, inspire and support a large, diverse front-of-house team
  • Manage labour costs, rostering, and daily shift controls
  • Maintain strong food safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborate on P&L reporting, training frameworks, and guest experience
Candidate Profile

You are an experienced venue manager with a passion for fast-paced, quality-driven operations. Calm under pressure, you set the tone for your team with a hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on accountability. You thrive in busy environments, understand cost controls, and are driven by creating memorable guest experiences.

Key attributes:
  • Proven experience managing high-volume dining or hospitality venues
  • Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills
  • Confident in shift management, rostering, and service delivery
  • Financial acumen with a readiness to engage in P&L oversight
  • Adaptable, professional, and energised by fast-moving service
Offer

This is a rare opportunity to manage a landmark Sydney venue backed by one of the city's top operators. A competitive salary package is on offer, along with strong organisational support and clear growth pathways.
