Job Description
As Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume operation, ensuring seamless service, strong team performance, and consistent delivery across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring energy, structure, and a passion for fast-paced environments.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations across food and beverage
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a large team in a high-volume setting
  • Drive service standards and ensure a consistent guest experience
  • Manage rostering, labour costs, and financial performance
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards

Candidate Profile
You are an experienced Venue Manager or senior leader with a background in high-volume casual dining. You thrive in busy environments, lead from the front, and bring a strong balance of operational discipline and team leadership.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality venues
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
  • Solid financial acumen across labour and cost control
  • Sound understanding of compliance and licensing requirements
  • Energetic, hands-on approach with a focus on team culture and guest experience
