Job Description
The Assistant Venue Manager will support the Venue Manager in delivering a high-quality, food-led experience, with a strong emphasis on service, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, ideal for someone who thrives on the floor and leads by example.

Oversee daily service with a focus on food quality and guest satisfaction

Lead front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-level service standards

Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service execution

Maintain compliance with licensing, RSA, and operational requirements

Support rostering, stock control, and cost management
Candidate Profile
You are a service-driven hospitality leader with a passion for food, people, and creating exceptional guest experiences. You bring strong operational discipline alongside a natural ability to engage with both team and guests.

Experience in a supervisory or Assistant Venue Manager role in food-led venues

Strong focus on guest experience and service delivery

Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams

Solid understanding of licensing and compliance requirements
