As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day operations, driving service standards, guest satisfaction, and team development from pre-opening through to successful launch and beyond. Working alongside an established leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the culture and reputation of this exciting new venue.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Oversee and manage all front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style
- Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team, setting a strong standard from day one
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and senior team on menu execution and service alignment
- Drive exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality and consistent attention to detail
- Manage financial reporting, labour costs, and rostering with a focus on efficiency and growth
- Maintain compliance, health & safety, and uphold brand standards
- Champion a strong team culture and lead by example on every shift
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Hatted restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a genuine love for hospitality
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, KPIs and operational targets
- Passion for food, beverage, people, and building a strong team culture
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
