Job Description

The Venue Manager will take full responsibility for the daily operations of a vibrant, multi-outlet pub. With high trade volumes and a strong local following, the role requires an experienced leader who can manage diverse teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial performance.

  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations including food, beverage and functions

  • Lead, coach and develop a large, high-performing team

  • Maintain strong financial and operational performance

  • Drive local engagement and uphold a community-first culture

  • Ensure compliance, safety and brand standards are met at all times

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing high-volume hospitality venues with diverse revenue streams. They will be a natural leader, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

  • Proven success in a senior hospitality management role

  • Experience leading large teams in busy, multi-faceted venues

  • Strong understanding of financial management and operational controls
