Job Description
The Venue Manager will take full responsibility for the daily operations of a vibrant, multi-outlet pub. With high trade volumes and a strong local following, the role requires an experienced leader who can manage diverse teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial performance.

Oversee all aspects of venue operations including food, beverage and functions

Lead, coach and develop a large, high-performing team

Maintain strong financial and operational performance

Ensure compliance, safety and brand standards are met at all times
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing high-volume hospitality venues with diverse revenue streams. They will be a natural leader, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Proven success in a senior hospitality management role

Experience leading large teams in busy, multi-faceted venues

Strong understanding of financial management and operational controls
