Job Description
As the Venue Manager you will be responsible for the management of a multifaceted premium dining operation, driving business objectives and ensuring the maintenance of high standards across service and product. This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the cultural tone and enhance the guest experience. This group strives to be the best in all aspects of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture for colleagues and customers alike. You will be responsible for the performance of the team, training and developing them, and giving them the tools to succeed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Experience managing Hatted or Michelin Star venues
- A hands-on approach to delivering true guest centric service
- Ability to work under pressure and with professionalism
- Exceptional presentation, communication and engagement skills
- A record of building and managing high performing teams
- Strong cost management and financial experience
- A natural leadership and a unwavering commitment to excellence
