Job Description
As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting and developing your team
- Enhancing the customer experience and maximising sales
- Ensuring immaculate store and product presentation
- Daily business operations, revenue reporting and reconciliation
- Rostering and cost management
- Stocktaking and wastage control
The successful candidate will have:
- Fun-loving bright personality to engage staff and customers
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering the best service
- Food handling experience and knowledge of general kitchen operations
- Time spent leading small teams in quality food retail environments
- A passion and a strong interest in food and hospitality
- The drive to maximise sales and push the business forward
