Job Description

We are not seeking a traditional Asian cuisine chef, we want to speak with the new breed; an individual who challenges the perceptions of the quality and creativity that is achievable in modern Cantonese cuisine.

The successful candidate will be exposed to all facets of the business and will gain valuable experience working in a premium dining environment.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have;
  • Experience in Cantonese cuisine, specialising in Peking duck and dumplings.
  • The ability to build a team that is focused on process and product
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
  • A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

This role is offering a strong remuneration package ranging beyond $90,000 plus super for the right candidate.
