Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join the front-of-house team in a prestigious, award-winning restaurant. This is a chance to work alongside highly regarded professionals and be part of a wine program that celebrates both depth and discovery.

• Guide guests through a curated wine list with expertise and enthusiasm

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring experience from premium restaurants and a genuine enthusiasm for wine. They will thrive in a culture-driven team and be eager to continue learning and contributing to a high-performing venue.

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or senior front-of-house professional

• Strong knowledge of international and Australian wines

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Team-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality

• Desire to learn, grow and be part of a values-led group
