As the Service Director you will take full responsibility for the day to day business of the group. You will be instrumental in building an effective team culture that results in high service standards across the group and elevates the brand's profile.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams. They will possess an eye for detail and be passionate about developing those below them into the leaders of tomorrow. We seek a leader who will inspire, motivate and delegate, realising the potential of the business, and those around them.
As Service Director you will:
- Have experience in leading and developing a high performing team
- Be a hands-on leader who has the ability to create and maintain a professional workplace culture
- Contribute to the overall marketing plan for the venues to ensure brand recognition
- Ensure the customer service is of the highest standard
- Build effective communication amongst the senior team
- Be instrumental in impacting the financial performance of the group
- Travel to between sites on a constant basis
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An ability to lead, motivate and inspire multiple diverse teams
- High-level attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best in industry
- Financial awareness with a full understanding of P&Ls
- A self starter who is willing to challenge the status quo
- A comprehensive understanding of hospitality workplace compliance
- A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
