Job Description
As the Service & Guest Experience Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional service standards across this expansive, multi-level venue. You will be responsible for staff training, development, and performance, while championing guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will also step into operational oversight when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service execution and maintaining high guest experience standards
- Designing and delivering staff training programs to elevate service consistency
- Reviewing and improving operational systems and service processes
- Supporting venue operations across all levels and stepping in as acting GM when needed
- Cultivating a positive, team-focused culture with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and leadership
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for delivering meaningful guest experiences. You bring both strategic oversight and hands-on energy, with the emotional intelligence and leadership skills to inspire and develop others.
Key attributes include:
- Experience in a senior service or guest experience role in a high-volume, quality venue
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive team engagement
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Confident in training delivery and people development
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills
