Job Description
The Senior Memberships Consultant is a commercially focused sales and business development role responsible for driving new member acquisition and delivering measurable revenue growth. This position requires a disciplined, target-driven professional who thrives on prospecting, pipeline management and closing high-value memberships.
You will take full ownership of the membership sales funnel, developing new opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals and partnerships while maintaining strong conversion performance. The role also involves representing a premium brand, engaging high-calibre prospects and building long-term relationships that support sustained growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Drive new business acquisition and membership growth through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach

Manage the full membership sales funnel from lead generation through negotiation, conversion and onboarding

Develop referral and partnership networks to support ongoing acquisition targets

Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting

Represent the brand professionally while articulating a compelling premium value proposition

The successful candidate will be a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation. You will combine strong commercial instincts with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate a premium offering with credibility and confidence.

Key attributes include:

Minimum three years’ experience in sales, business development, partnerships or membership-based revenue roles

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding new business and revenue targets

Strong pipeline generation, management and closing capability across the full sales cycle
