Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager – Growth & Innovation, the Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth.
This strategic role focuses on identifying, qualifying and converting external market opportunities, building multiyear pipelines and securing high-value contracts. The position will also support contract retention through re-tender processes and play a critical role in solution design, commercial modelling and bid leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end sales activity including prospect identification, pipeline development, bid strategy, financial modelling, proposal development and contract negotiation
- Building and maintaining senior executive stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and secure new business
- Developing innovative, data-driven and commercially competitive solutions in collaboration with operational and functional experts
- Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform sector growth strategies
- Creating complex financial trading models and pricing strategies aligned to commercial and profit objectives
- Championing innovation, partnerships and differentiated service design within competitive tender environments
The successful candidate will be an accomplished B2B growth leader with extensive experience across hospitality, sports, leisure, events or Business & Industry sectors. You will bring a strong pedigree in securing complex, multiyear contracts and influencing senior stakeholders in competitive markets.
You will demonstrate:
- 10+ years’ experience within hospitality or support services environments
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing high-value commercial deals
- Advanced financial literacy and experience developing detailed commercial models
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and solution design capability
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver compelling, winning bids
