Job Description
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial operations and strategic planning across the group’s multiple verticals. Reporting to the executive team, this role is responsible for leading a cohesive finance function that supports business performance and growth initiatives.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all business units

  • Provide commercial insights and financial modelling to support decision-making

  • Ensure compliance, governance, risk management, and due diligence processes are maintained

  • Drive systems and process improvements to enable scalability

  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a track record of leadership in fast-paced, multi-business environments. You will bring a hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at executive level.

  • Proven experience in property, construction, or diversified business groups

  • Strong technical accounting and commercial finance skills

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing finance teams

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth settings

  • Skilled in systems, reporting, risk management, and due diligence
