Job Description

The Senior Development Manager will drive projects from site acquisition through to completion, managing every stage of the development process. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge across design, services coordination, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to lead consultants and internal teams effectively.

  • Oversee the full development lifecycle from acquisition to handover

  • Manage DA processes, design coordination, and services integration

  • Ensure projects meet compliance, planning, and legal requirements

  • Lead consultant engagement, authority liaison, and project governance

  • Monitor budgets, programs, and risk management across all phases

Candidate Profile

You are a seasoned development professional with deep experience across residential projects, ideally within the medium-density sector. Your strength lies in your ability to balance creative vision with rigorous process, ensuring quality outcomes on time and within budget.

  • 5+ years in property development, with full project cycle exposure

  • Strong understanding of planning, design, and building services

  • Skilled in legal frameworks, compliance, and authority approvals

  • Clear communicator with strong commercial acumen

  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex projects
