Job Description
The Restaurant Venue Manager will take full responsibility for the performance and leadership of a flagship Sydney venue. This is a senior, hands-on role with complete autonomy to shape the operation, lead the team and influence the future direction of the business. You will oversee all aspects of the venue, from guest experience and service standards through to financial performance and team development.

Lead the venue end-to-end, with full operational and commercial accountability

Set and uphold service standards that champion produce and guest experience

Build, inspire and retain a culture-driven front-of-house team

Create and evolve the role in partnership with ownership and senior leadership

Manage budgets, labour, forecasting and financial performance

Act as a visible leader on the floor while operating at a strategic level
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader who has thrived in values-led, culture-focused venues. You understand the connection between people, produce and guest experience, and you are confident taking ownership of both the day-to-day operation and the broader business outcomes.

Proven experience as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in premium dining environments

Background in culture-driven, produce-led hospitality concepts

Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability
