Already a well-known and highly respected group, our client isn’t one to rest on their laurels. With a portfolio boasting several hatted venues nationally, this will be the group’s most inventive and ambitious opening to date. Having already brought a world-class chef on board, the owners are looking to engage an equally impressive FOH manager to drive the opening of this stunning new restaurant.
About the role:
In this role you’ll work closely with the senior group management team in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You’ll take full responsibility for the recruitment and training of a highly effective FOH team and focus on building a strong team culture.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in this role you’ll display the following;
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant management role
- Proven success within a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
- A high level of organisation
- Strong business acumen
- Impeccable attention to detail
