Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue’s daily operations, leading a team to consistently deliver service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional product knowledge, and the ability to inspire and develop the team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily front-of-house operations for a 130-seat premium restaurant
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing service team
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at all times
  • Overseeing wine service and working closely with the sommelier to enhance the beverage program
  • Maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance standards

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in premium or fine dining operations. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.

The successful candidate will have:
