Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and elevated dining experience. This role requires a strong focus on service standards, team leadership, and attention to detail, working closely with both front and back of house to maintain excellence across all touchpoints.

  • Lead service with a focus on consistency, quality, and guest experience

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team

  • Collaborate with the kitchen to deliver a cohesive food and service offering

  • Manage rostering, labour, and operational costs

  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to ongoing business growth


Candidate Profile

You are an experienced restaurant leader with a passion for premium dining and delivering exceptional service. You take pride in your work, lead from the floor, and are motivated by being part of a progressive and growing group.

  • Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within premium or hatted venues

  • Strong understanding of food, wine, and elevated service standards

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development

  • Financial acumen across labour and cost management

  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach
