As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational and financial management of restaurant operations, ensuring ongoing success. We are seeking a charismatic leader who can foster an amazing culture, inspire exceptional customer service, and lead a team to excel.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager in a premium venue.
- A passion for training and development.
- Exceptional food and beverage knowledge.
- Adaptability and the ability to lead during high-pressure service periods.
- Demonstrated skills in building effective staff and guest relationships.
- Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills.
