Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will play a central role in the launch and ongoing success of this new opening. This is a guest-facing leadership position suited to someone who thrives on building relationships with guests, leading service from the floor and creating a refined yet warm dining environment.
Working closely with ownership and the culinary team, you will help establish the service philosophy, build the front-of-house team and ensure the venue consistently delivers a premium experience.

Candidate Profile
You are a polished and confident hospitality professional with experience in premium or fine dining environments. You naturally gravitate toward guest engagement and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences.

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in premium dining venues

Exceptional guest engagement and relationship-building skills

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire service teams
