Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the lodge’s dining experience, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with premium guest expectations. Reporting to the Lodge Manager, you will play a key role within a small, high-performing leadership team responsible for delivering a multi-million-dollar luxury operation.

This is a hands-on yet strategic role, requiring an individual who can balance elevated service standards with strong operational discipline and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on precision and guest experience

  • Uphold and evolve service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing front-of-house team

  • Collaborate closely with culinary and lodge leadership to deliver a cohesive offering

  • Manage rostering, labour and financial performance within a premium environment

  • Contribute to the overall guest journey, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a background in premium or luxury dining environments. You bring a refined approach to service, strong commercial awareness and the ability to lead within a close-knit, high-performing team.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leader within luxury or premium venues

  • Strong understanding of high-end service standards and guest expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams

  • Solid financial and operational management capability

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to contribute at a senior leadership level
